and Mary Thoelke, owners of Toky Branding + Design
bought a building at 3139 Olive, and had Integration renovate it.
Eric Thoelke said that after moving into the area four months ago, he's as enthusiastic as ever about its future. He said the buildings have "character and historic charm." "We have a wonderful anchor, St. Louis University, that keeps things stable," he said. "I think this is the next great piece of St. Louis that will be turned into something special." |
