Integration can provide a single entity of contact for our clients throughout the entire development project, from acquisition to property management, Integration is effective for both personal and investment projects.
Integration, LLC is comprised of a team of highly distinguished partners that will effectively and efficiently produce a high quality project in a timely manner under the financial parameters set forth by the client. Integration, LLC was founded by Joseph Hartman and Robert Beckermann. Managing Partner, Joseph Hartman, local executive and former founder and President of Digital Dimension, brings 23 years of business experience to the Integration, LLC team. Robert Beckermann was a lifetime resident of St. Louis and local business executive and played an active roll in the district for over 10 years. Robert was responsible for relocating and growing multiple businesses in the Midtown area. Managing Partner, Michael Beckermann, is a licensed attorney with over 10 years experience, 7 years in the real estate area, and is President of a business located in the Midtown area.
Integration, LLC has aligned itself with the general contractor Integrated Carpentry and Demolition, LLC. Project Manager, Landon Miller, brings to the team over 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
This alignment allows Integration, LLC greater control over budgets and schedules for the success of both in house and client based development projects. Integration, LLC has assembled a highly effective team of leaders and staff that efficiently and effectively pull together to execute development projects both large and small and continues to enjoy enriching our communities.
